Draft Report on The Royal Poinciana Area: Released on April 7th, 2008 by the Treasure Coast Regional Planning Council (TCRPC) this is a draft report, based on the work of the charrette involving residents, town officials, businesses, and organizations, of what the TCRPC are suggesting as the best direction for the area.
