The Preservation Foundation of Palm Beach maintains and operates a variety of facilities that are available for members to utilize for private events, functions and meetings. These include Pan’s Garden and the Lecture Room housed in the foundation’s headquarters.
Pan’s Garden is one of the foundation’s most popular facilities and is available on weekends and evenings for events up to 120 guests. The garden offers a roofed open pavilion that is approximately 23’ x 18’, an open brick 27’ x 15’ patio, natural unpaved paths and handicap-accessible rest rooms. The garden’s pavilion, patio and paths have minimal lighting at night.
The lecture room in the foundation’s main building can comfortably seat 70 auditorium-style. Twenty tables that can be arranged in a variety of ways for workshops, seminars or other events requiring flexible seating arrangements are available.
All audio/visual requirements, including the use of a slide or digital projector, must be arranged with foundation staff at least five days prior to the event. An illuminated and amplified lectern and a stationary projection screen are also available.
Use of the library, terrace, and lobby may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
