In 1946, Cielito Lindo, one of the early grand estates was sold for development and separated into lots. This residence was built for Arthur Octavius Edwards, an English builder and property developer. In accordance with the Bermuda style, the house features arched openings and a welcoming arms staircase. It was later owned by Mrs. Jeanne Craig and named “Four Seasons”. Small figures, sculpted to represent the seasons, top the entryway at the south end. Shoumate built another house with the same plans for Edwards across the street, it was later called “Coral Sands” and owned by Homer Smith. Four Seasons was designated as a landmark in 2012.
