The Clark-Warwick Oldsmobile Dealership was designed by Volk for owners Harper A. Clark Sr. and Harvey S. Warwick. The smooth finish of the building itself, embellished with neon signage and dramatic lighting, reflected the style of the Oldsmobiles for sale. The flat roof and lack of ornamentation also added to the modern appearance. With the cars staged around the building instead of within, the building worked to enhance their modern style.
