The Royal Poinciana Playhouse is located on the same site as the Royal Poinciana Plaza. It included a 900-seat auditorium and modern theater design elements for the time. The Celebrity Room was a popular destination for visitors and Palm Beach socialites that featured a trompe l’oeil ceiling mural by New York artist Robert Bushnell. The four rooftop statues were imported from Italy and represent the four seasons.
