The Cultural Center for the Performing Arts would have been located on Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard. The center was commissioned by Mary Howe, founder of the Palm Beach fine arts festival and would have included a 31,000-seat theater equipped for performance and film, a restaurant, and convention rental space. This project was never realized.
