Volk designed this traditional French Colonial Style home for George F. Storer, a cable and radio industry giant who was responsible for the American Broadcasting Company. The two-story, hipped roof structure has a white brick façade with a central five-bay section flanked by twin one-story wings. The Storers hired Volk to build additional residences in Saratoga, Wyoming, and Lyford Cay along with commercial projects such as the broadcasting station on Brickell Avenue in Miami.
