Edmund D. Hollander, FASLA
President of Hollander Design Landscape  Architects 
Edmund is an elected Fellow of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA), one of the society’s highest honors. He serves on the Dean’s Council and the Advisory Board of the Ian L. McHarg Center for Urbanism and Ecology at the University of Pennsylvania. For many years, he has been on the board of Trustees for the New York  Restoration Project, the nonprofit founded by Bette Midler with a mission to create beautiful, high-quality public space for all New Yorkers. Edmund has lectured at the City College of the City University of New York, where he is on the Advisory Board for the Landscape Program; the Graduate School of Fine Arts at the University of Pennsylvania; the New York Botanical Garden; and other design-focused institutions. He is Past President of the New York Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA).

James Brayton Hall has been President & CEO of the Garden Conservancy since 2017. With nearly 40 years of management, curatorial, and leadership experience, he has initiated a multitude of solutions and strategies to further grow the organization’s legacy, continued stewardship, and future prosperity. In his role, James oversees strategic planning,  preservation work, capital and endowment campaigns, public programming, development, marketing and communication strategies, and board development. His commitment to engaged governance, financial sustainability, and operational excellence has secured the fiscal health and increased national awareness of the Garden Conservancy.
